Un matin, notre chauffe-eau d'une vingtaine d'année a commencé à fuir. Malgré son emploi du temps chargé, mr Pape a eu la gentillesse de réussir à passer diagnostiquer le situation après sa journée de travail. Au vu de la vétusté la seule chose à faire était de remplacer le chauffe-eau. Il s'est assuré de la sécurité de l'ancien appareil en attendant de pouvoir revenir. Rendez vous pris, quelques jours plus tard nous avons un chauffe eau flambant neuf, c'est reparti pour au moins 12 ans! Nous sommes très satisfait d'avoir fait appel à Yannick Pape, professionnel, efficace et pédagogue.

Comme j'avais réglé moi-même ma chaudière avant et qu'il y avait un problème que je ne trouvais pas je l'ai appelé pour me dépanner. Il a été furieux de voir que j'avais tenté de résoudre le problème tout seul. Il a dit qu'il fallait tout reprendre à zéro que cela prendrait plusieurs heures et qu'il fallait prendre Rdv il n'a pas répondu aux appels. J'ai trouvé un autre chauffagiste compétent et charmant qui a trouvé la panne rapidement et a réparé. vous trouverez un commentaire élogieux pour le second chauffagiste, vous invite à le contacter si vous avez besoin.
